Terms & Conditions

Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the terms and conditions as set out by Nothing But Wedding Cars, and the payment of the booking fee signifies such acceptance.

Our Data Protection Statement

Your personal data is safe with us, we do not collect email addresses forwarding them to third parties, that would be illegal.

Your personal data will be retained for a period of six months following the date of your wedding, at which time it will be deleted. If you require us to delete it at any point in time, please email us on info@nothingbutweddingcars.co.uk with your request. The exceptions being the documentation that HMRC requires us to keep for a minimum of six years following our annual tax return. That documentation will be encrypted and password protected following our tax return and only re-opened at the request of HMRC. Once the six years has expired all information will then be destroyed. Other than ourselves no other party will have access to any of your data with the exception of our accountants who will be able to access only that which they require to complete our annual tax return to HMRC.

Our Terms and Conditions

1.The customer is the person making the booking and is solely responsible for the booking.

2. A booking fee of £75 per vehicle (non refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer) is required on booking and the outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding date. If a booking is made with less than 60 days prior to the wedding date, the full amount must be paid in at the time of the booking.

3. Balance payments are required at least 60 days prior to the wedding date unless an agreement has be made with Nothing but Wedding Cars in advance for an alternative payment date. If the balance payment has not been made by the due date, Nothing but Wedding Cars will take this as an instruction from the customer that they wish to cancel the booking (NB The booking fee will not be refunded)

4, In the event of a cancellation (by the customer, irrespective of their reason for the cancelling) the full balance is non refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the wedding date or if the booking has been moved at least once due to covid19 (see point 4 ).

5. If a booking has been moved at least once due to covid19, no refund will be made if the customer decides to cancel, however the booking can be moved to an alternative date subject to availability (it may not be possible to provide the same vehicle, so flexibility on vehicles may be required). Please note there may be a difference in price if moved to a different day, month, or year.

6. Any postponements relating to covid19 can only be postponed for a maximum of 1 calendar year from the original wedding date eg any postponement from 2020, can only be postponed until 2021 latest, and and postponements from 2021 can only be postponed until 2022 latest.

7. We except payment by personal cheque, bank transfer or cash

8. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the serviceability of the vehicles, responsibility cannot be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair, or the Customer will be transferred to another vehicle{s} so that the journey can continue. Any reasonable extra cost incurred will be borne by Nothing But Wedding Cars. In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle, prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply an alternative vehicle(s) at the Company’s discretion. In the event of breakdown or accident, no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections and/or functions howsoever caused.

9. The Company cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions, or acts by other persons or organisations which may impact adversely on the hire period. The company/driver does not accept any responsibility of persons under 16 travelling in the vehicles whilst in motion. The responsibility of these persons lies soley with the responsible adult travelling with them.

10. Nothing But Wedding Cars reserve the right to refuse a booking, and also reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle or to any person(s) they deem unfit for whatever reason, and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave in a manner which may be detrimental to any other person or the vehicle and its contents. In this event, no refund of monies will be given.

11. Where seat belts are available in the vehicles, it is the passengers legal responsibility to ensure they are worn. Only children aged 3 years and over are legally able to travel in the vehicles.

12. Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the vehicles by either themselves or any other member of their party. The Customer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair and Nothing but Wedding Cars will determine the location of the repair. Nothing But Wedding Cars will also impose a £100.00 valeting charge if the vehicle(s) are misused through food, drink or illness.

13. Nothing But Wedding Cars will not accept any liability for any belongings lost by The Customer or any of their party whilst using its services.

14. Nothing But Wedding Cars may take photographs at your event and we may use them on our web site or for other promotional material. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please advise us at the time of booking.

15. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.

16. By making a booking, the Customer has entered into a binding contract with Nothing But Wedding Cars, should a breach in contract occur by the customer then the full cost of the hire will be due to Nothing But Wedding Cars.
